Hello,
I sent a complaint letter to the HAAS in regards to the inaccuracies in my WCA report , I have now received a letter confirming the inaccuracies due to the recording I sent to them..
After I was turned down the Mandatory reconsideration. I requested an appeal, I know that will be a long wait.
I have recieved an appointment for a full assessment again, I am not sure if this is for the one with the inaccuracies, or if it is for another health condition I have informed the dwp about.
If it is for the previous one, do I have to do an another assessment for the previous one that was inaccurate? I thought that was just to go through the appeal.?
Please can you advise
Regards
ZenZen.

Hi ZenZen
Did you complete and return a UC50 or ESA50 ?
I assume the appointment is for a Work Capabilities Assessment and is it face to face or telephone ?

Yes I completed the UC50, and it is telephone, I just don't know if it is for the new or previous one I made a complaint about.

Hi ZenZen
I cannot answer your question but the new WCA will dictate your Health Group for the future regardless of the Tribunal which will be looking at your previous assessment.
You can phone HAAS and they should tell you.
