All sorted Agent said was a an error on their side between UC & ESA. Got a phone call yesterday from my Local dwp centre to reassure me, answer my Journal questions about them requesting a fit note ? & me stating UC regulation 19 . She said to do with moving over to UC & my contributory changing to New Style Esa . Sorted a phone appointment for today which i had this morning . No fit note required & review not until over 3 years time .
