Child DLA to PIP transition was created by Claire

Hi
Does anyone have experience of DLA to PIP for their 16yo. I am appointee and worried that if PIP is denied they will want to claw all the post 16 DLA money if they are not 'entitled'. Many thanks

If PIP is turned down, they won't try to claw back post-16 DLA money.
