Managed migration, nothing in to do list was created by polarbear
I'm migrating from ESA to UC and applied on 25 April. Making the claim appeared to go well and the system tells me I will be told how much I'll get in 27 May. I asked for the £400 advance and got that almost immediately. My worry is there has never been anything in my do list, which I check every day. I've made an entry in journal pointing this out but no reply. Is this normal?

Hi polarbear

I can't tell you what is normal. They are trying to migrate 600,000 people and it is a huge job. Lots of people are not getting replies in the timeframe they are expecting. I would just keep checking.

Just to let you know, over the last week, I have been experiencing the exact same journal issues . Today, I rang the ‘help to claim’ - citizens advice number (0800 144 8444) they also have an online chat service.

They opened a 3 way telephone conversation to UC (10mins to connect to UC) and they assisted me with my queries (sending off emails etc).

The call handler chap at UC mentioned the different departments have 48 hours to respond to journal messages.

Both ‘help to claim’ - citizens advice advisor and UC call center operator were extremely professional and offered a wonderful service which I was extremely grateful for today.

BTW….Did you post your journal message under work coach and payments?

Hope this helps.
