Carers Allowance, ESA to UC Switch?

I apolgise if this has been asked and answered.

I am doing my UC switch from ESA, and wondered do I tick that I am getting Carers Allowance if I have an underlying entitlements and currently getting the Carers Premium on my ESA?

I get the Carers Premium added onto my ESA, as I care for someone in receipt of PIP for over 35 hours a week. Because of my ESA, I cannot claim the full Carers Allowance.

I do get Carers Allowance, checked my original award letter, I have an underlying entitlement, but because I get ESA, I get the Carers Premium on my ESA, so have ticked the box on UC, to say I am in receipt of Carers Allowance, am surprised no-one else has asked this or raised the issues, as you can’t be paid CA, if you are I receipt of certain other benefits, you simply have an underlying entitlement and get a premium, but technically you are still eligible for CA. The question on UC, should ask about Carers Premium.
