Hi Teegee68
The issue is with the Carer's element. You previously posted--
UC before LWRCA Standard allowance £617.60
Housing £344.76
Carers £396.62
But that Carer's figure is 2 months worth of the Carer's element. You cannot expect to get that every month. If you halve that figure you get £198.31 per month. It is now increased with inflation to £201.68 per month which is what you should get in future.
With the other reduction you have been the victim of the DWP policy of eroding the Transitional Protection when there is an increase in UC after Migration. So LCWRA must have been awarded after Managed Migration and you weren't in the Support Group before. Is that correc?. All of the LCWRA has been deducted from the Transitional Protection.

Hi Teegee68
You will need to ask for a Mandatory Reconsideration of the Transitional Protection.
The reason is that you are being discriminated against compared to other claimants who don't get their Benefits reduced when their needs increase. This has just been decided by an Upper Tribunal .
IN THE UPPER TRIBUNAL Appeal No. UA-2023-000561-USTA
(ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS CHAMBER) NCN No. [2025] UKUT 035 (AAC)
On Appeal from the First-tier Tribunal (Social Entitlement Chamber)
SC302/22/00270
