ESA to UC Migration was created by AshleyMcab

Hi Can I request to be migrated so to benefit for transitional protection etc

For various reasons mainly HB stopping I need to claim UC for Housing payment

No you can't , you have to wait for your transitional letter before applying for UC to get the transitional protection.
