Hi, Can anyone please advise or share their current experience with how long it is currently taking for a new DLA claim tk be processed and for a decision to be reached and sent out? I was originally told 15 weeks from the date they received the application but just wondering what other people's experience has been with this? My child's application was recorded as been received beginning of November 2024. Thank you all in advance for any information received
I believe it varies depending on the area. I've approved your post, so maybe's someone with a more recent claim can advise. Back in 2020, I had a claim that went on close to 2 years.
