Hi migrating form ESA to UC and as part of process received letter saying we would get told amount of UC on 23 Feb and first payment 27 Feb, its been a long wait with no benefit, However we received no confirmation on amounts on 23rd, so sent an online journal message to payments asking for advice on 24th, they still haven't responded 26th. Also messaged the work coach today to ask and just said payments team would reply in course., Are there sometimes issues with this?
There could be issues with any system, especially Finance, having worked on a system of this nature in the past. You could also call the UC helpline and ask them.
