i haven't had any acknowledgement yet .... am i wrong to expect something ?
Call me paranoid , but 'once bitten twice shy' ..... should i call PIP enquiry line to check they have the AR1's reviews ?
I have proof of delivery, via tracking.

Hi Sum
It's hit and miss whether you will get any acknowledgement of your form arriving - not everyone does. If you sent it by tracked post, just check on the Post Office site and you'll know if it arrived. You can ring the DWP if you prefer, but even if it's arrived for, it won't necessarily have been scanned on the system

i called today to check and Agent confirms sons AR1 was scanned on and in system .....

i just want clarification on the B&W guidance below:
'If the DWP response deadline has expired and you have not received a submission contact the tribunal service and ask them to list your appeal without a submission. If nothing else, this tends to concentrate their minds on chasing up the DWP.
Whats the impact of 'ist your appeal without a submission' ?
