UC new claim migration for CTC& HB process was created by Vassangel
Dear teams hi
I was asked to migrate to UC for my rebt help and CTC . My ESA CB is kept sep.
5 weeks on tom they havent called me . I completed all my logs online incouding sending my id . Do they always. Call ?
No one called me . Do they sometimes dont call be suse they have everything ? I claimed 9/1 and called Cirizens advice as i was asked to have a work coach and explained i dont need one as im on support group for some years . Do i await longer ? Have you got any cases that delay or get no calls ? I believe the no call could be because i explained my health and esa contribution based and grouping and insisted they link my info ?
Grateful for any input .

I would phone the Citizens Advice again just to enquire about the status of your claim. Their phone number is on page 2 of your migration letter under Citizens Advice Help to Claim.
