Hi, apologies if this is already a topic. I had my review result which was 13months after it began. I have asked for a review as I was awarded standard on both but definitely reach the criteria for enhanced mobility. I am worried now that they will take one or other of the standard care or standard mobility away. I’m really worried. I sent all the doctors letters etc with the original review response. Does anyone have experience of them lowering their initial award if you request a reconsideration?
Try not to worry about it. I have only ever come across two people who have had their awards lowered after putting in an MR. It is not common. The majority of people find their award stays the same after an MR. Only 27% of claimants currently win MRs.
