Hello, I was just wondering of any members experience with timescales for decisions of their WCA. I live in the south west so had a telephone assessment with SERCO. The person who did my assessment said a decision would be made in a few weeks, I have asked the DWP for any timescales and they said there are no timeframes and they are done in a strict date recieved order. I origianlly migrated to UC beginning of September, received the UC50 a couple of weeks later, sent it back mid october and had the assessment end of January.
So just curious as to anyone wishing to share their experience of how long things took. I am hoping not to have to wait too long as our migration has resulted in a significant underpayment of transitional protection which is proving hard to rectify as the DWP cant seem to change anything manually and its now becoming very stressful.
Any feedback from members and their experiences of decision times would be gratefully recieved.
