I submitted a pip application last June and then withdrew the request as I was too scared of the process. If I request another pip application, will the previous pip application be looked at or will my new application be used. I imagine as I closed my application the original application will be destroyed.
The original application hasn't been destroyed yet - but try not to worry about it. If you put in a new application, they will be aware that you have applied before, but they will look at the new one.
