Hi I've recently had managed migration from ESA to UC, in terms of income nothing has changed as money made up with transitional payment. Was told at job centre everything will stay as was rent, c tax, etc. I informed c tax I had moved to UC but that income still the same. I've received bill for full payment of council tax saying due to recent change of circumstances I do not qualify for council tax support? I've rang them, emailed them, they are still stating they haven't made a mistake and if I don't pay will have to deal with Baillifs? I was already extremely ill now this has completely knocked me for six! They've told citizens advice it is because my universal credit is too high??
