my Work Capability Assessment (WCA) (should be on monday) been postponed as DWP called me ( on friday) stating that my uc50 was not complete and that they have to postpone my appointment.I submit sick note on 14.01.25 for 2 mc (depression and anxiety). on Saturday i receive mandatory appointment in job center with tread of sanction if I won't attend. I asked to change my Customer commitment and told them i cant attend. no one respond to my messages. do i have to go to this appointment? They want me to incress my self employment earnings , but i dont work for last 2 mc and Im on medicine , I nearly don't come out of bed. what i should do ? do I have still proff them that Im looking for jobs even that Im sick at the moment?
You can send the Work Coach a UC Journal message on the day to say you cannot attend as you are too unwell to leave your home. You will probably be given a phone appointment.
