I helped a friend with their Pip claim which eventually went to tribunal and they were awarded high rate care and mobility until March 2025. They have had their review and it has reduced the care component to standard immediately. Can DWP do this as this goes against the Tribunal findings and change the date?
Have submitted the MR and also requested the transcript of the review telephone call so have got the ball rolling in that respect
