Different version of PIP (Social Security Scotland)

Hi there.

I have received my review form for PIP, but from the new Scottish Version, Social Security Scotland this month and I was dreading filling it but to be honest, compared to the old PIP forms this looks a lot more hopeful. Who knows how the assessment and decision ruling will go, but will keep you posted.

Wanted to say thanks for all the guides online, and additional info and training, it gives me confidence to fill my form in especially when I have a new condition to add, ADHD only recently diagnosed but suffered with symptoms since I was a child.

My question is, with this different version of PIP, does anyone have experience of how you fill the review forms in? On the old forms you would basically fill out all the previous claim answers with any alterations, but on this one the form boxes aren't big enough for that and they only ask 'What has changed?'. But how do I make sure that they don't miss any information out from my previous claims?

Hope you can help and thanks again.

Hi Godsgirl

Hopefully, someone will tell you about their experience. Personally, I would always add additional sheets for anything I wanted to say and make it clear which questions I was talking about.
