Hello, I was sent a review form over a year ago but the backlogs have meant that they allowed my PIP to continue until I have a telephone assessment which is now booked for next week. I am alone and a fruend noticed on my award that I got 0 points for an area I should definitely received. Do I just mention this on the call which will be recorded? Thank you
Your telephone assessment is about how you are now, and this assessor played no part in you receiving 0, so I wouldn't make a big thing of it. When the particular question is raised, you can mention that you were surprised you didn't receive any points and say why you think you should.
