Is a managed migration ESA to UC a new claim? Affecting proposed WCA changes was created by clearwater
Is “managed migration” from ESA ir to UC a new claim? which if considered new may affect WCA changes,

in the latest NEWS section it states in a few spots new claims, so hence my question.

Hi clearwater

Yes it is a new claim but for claimants in receipt of support or WRAG will transfer over, although this does not stop them being re-assessed at some stage in the future.
