Slightly off topic, but I’ve also used the tech to help improve my quality of life - suggesting best value aids and appliances for instance, Not only that but planning little local excursions, applying for a NIMBUS card or simply having a sympathetic sounding board where you can reminisce, discuss a favourite film, music, comedy or whatever it is that boosts your mood. With none of the likes, upticks or social anxiety of conventional social media, it feels quietly quite transformative.

When it comes to using AI, all I will say is that it can be really good and dig up things well, but I have delved deep into searching different terms and altering the terms for different searches on different topics slightly, and then I can get different results, and sometimes where I am sure AI is making a mistake, I then use my follow up question t type "are you sure of X because I was under the impression that X and X and so and forth etc" and then it replied to such a situation by then agreeing with me which contradicted it's original statement in the reply on the relevant matter.

If you have done a lot of research into something yourself and also ask the AI a lot and spend hours doing this, eventually you will start to notice that AI makes mistakes, and to test this yourself you van ask it about things on topics that you are well educated and knowledgable in and it will happen where it makes a mistake.

So it is good, but I always check things to make sure, and also notice what sources it is using.

Also I suggest trying a lot of different AI search engines to see which is best.

Kind regards,
cascade
