Do UC make a decision on papers alone for UC claim?

Re-read your response. yes I see you were also appointee for pip. That answers that. My concentration levels and processing speed have been significantly affected by my condition. I hope I can do this process for my daughter.

It is possible that you will have to re-establish your appointeeship for UC, the UC systems are not really connected to any other system and this regularly causes problems for claimants receiving other benefits in addition to UC.

Yes as Gordon says I was already appointee for D's PIP but then had to be made appointee for UC although it was all really straightforward.
