The PIP form instructs us to use a pen for the answers, but Is it ok to type them up instead?

It's perfectly acceptable to type your answers - just be clear about which question you are answering.

HI Rishi, I scanned the PIP application form into my computer. I then typed in my answers and printed it out when finished. That way you always have a completed copy on your computer. Good Luck!
