Hi,
I had a telephone assessment last week and received my report a couple days later after requesting it.
On the report I was given 8 points for daily living and 10 for mobility. How often do the decision makers go against these?
I really hope they don’t as I haven’t got the fight in me to appeal.

Hi Beth
I just answered your question in your previous post.
It does not happen very often, I cannot remember when we last received a post saying the Decision maker went against the assessors report.

Hi Beth, I have had this happen, but the decision maker added quite a few points and several years too to the award, which was a surprise to the usual, 'gearing up to fight again' so I had a short rest, lol
