PA4 recommends

Had my assessment the other day and even though I know it's not the final decision I just want some advice
My review papers went in April 2021 and assessment last week
Assessor recommends downgrading my mobility from enhanced to standard, does that mean I have to pay back any overpayments from April till now

Likewise it recommends I go from no daily living to standard daily living, so does that mean I get that backdated from April?
