Just received pip review form...not in a good plac

I just received pip review form I dont know where it's been but I've only got just under 2 weeks to get it back. I'm going in for surgery next week my head cant cope with that let alone anything else.

OCD social anxiety is much worse I wont go out to assessment centre and I definitely wont let anyone in my home.......waiting for counselling through gp referral they have long wait.
Not sure how to cope with this

Dear lild, about your social anxiety, have you asked your GP to write a letter for you very firmly stating that both a home assessment and one at a centre would cause you Overwhelming Psychological Distress and therefore that he/she insists the DWP conduct a paper based assessment to avoid damaging your health?
