I would never send anything that had the potential to damage a claim. Only you know if what is written in the report is so beneficial that it outweighs any potential risk. Never, ever, offer to send something that you do not want them to see - so if you're going to include it - just include the bits that are relevant with no explanation of why the whole report is not there. Then it's up to them to make a judgment on that.
