Just had to fill in another ESA questionnaire (apparently the original award was for 6 months). I filled it in (and it was almost identical to the last one).
Today we got a letter saying he had been put in the WRAG (same as last time) and with no medical necessary. We do not need to fill in another questionnaire for 18 months. I am really pleased.
I also wrote asking about the CWPS owed and they have sent those.
I can't believe it has been so easy this time.

Well done.
I was under the impression you would have to have another medical.
See you learn something new every day.
My award was for 12months but i am not sure when mine is due.
I filled Esa form in in sept but had my medical in dec. so not sure which date they go off.
Has your condition changed much.
Hope mine is that easy but you can bet your life it wont be.

No, my son's condition has changed very little and is unlikely to do so now.
Just to update, I was advised by a friend that my son should be getting SDP. After ringing ESA six times (they kept referring it to somone else and they called me back whilst I was at work, even though I told them that!), they agreed he should have been getting it since one week after his claim (because he then moved out into his own flat). We had given them the correct information, but it had obviously got overlooked in the initital mess they made of his claim. They have now paid him all the money they owe him (more than a year's worth) and he is very happy
