Does the DWP retain medical documentary evidence submitted to them bt claimants eg of DLA? If a claimants condition has remained unchanged then this evidence is still valid for a potential new PIP claim/reassessment to PIP from DLA. Anyone know the answer as this would seem very important to prospective claimants of PIP/reasssement from DLA to PIP
