decision notice ESA

tribunal on monday,very stressfull,but not as stressfull as waiting over 30 mins for decision.went in with 0 points,went up to 9 points,appeal refused.unfortunately didnt find this site till after filling in form and going for medical!! now no benifit or income. have been told to claim again for ESA.can you tell me is this possible? also will i have to pay back the esa i was paid while waiting for my tribunal? thanks

I am so sorry to hear that the tribunal did not find in your favour Hopefully, with the help of our guides, your next claim will be successful.

sorry you did not win. i lost appeal last week for esa and o phoning jobcentre several times told different oddments everytime. i have found this site brillant, hope you find it helpful.

My brother lost his appeal on the 6th September this year, the judge told him to reclaim esa as his condition was much worse than when he first applied for esa and unfortunately he could only appeal on how his medical condition was 10 months before the appeal date.
He has reapplied and has been awarded esa at the assessment rate and is now waiting to hear from atos about a wca.
