How long does it take to hear back from atos.

As you may be aware members are suffering longer than normal delays in receiving decisions.

However, I would be most concerned if a face to face was carried out without the assessing ATOS HCP having access to any of my medical evidence or personal information.

The HCP is also supposed to use the LiMA software programme to carry out face to face assessments.

You may wish to contact ATOS, voicing your concerns.

"Bits of Paper" have a habit of going missing.

Normally the LiMA software would be used to electronically generate an ESA85 medical report, which would then be sent electronically to The DWP DM, who would refer to this in making a decision.
