I just wanted to share my successful outcome with everyone regarding my claim for PIP.
I won’t give too much away as you never know who reads these forums.
Just to say that it took 17 weeks from the initial claim phone call to being told I was successful.
This is my first claim and I was expecting it to be a rough ride, but it all went quite smoothly considering ATOS was involved.
The f2f was easier than I thought it would be, in fact the hcp was very pleasant and friendly, the only downside was the distance and type of building it was held in, other than that everything was ok.
So I hope all those out there claiming for PIP will have a easy and gentle experience as I had. Having said that I’m glad it’s over with for the next two years.
