Atos Report the accepatible evidence? was created by balinky
hello
I have made a post, but that post was cut short by one of your mediators?

This Is A follow up:-
I am Not on WRAG, my ESA benefit was stopped after a year, I do not receive any benefit from the DWWP, but I have to continue to submit Dr Certificates.
I could apply for income based ESA But as I have Explained to the DWP and submitted my statement to the pending tribunal I would rather take my own life than be put through the humiliating and degrading process all over again.

Evidence has been submitted to the DWP.
1/ witness statement on how the medical assessment was conducted. (it was not conducted as stated by the assessor)
2/ witness statement from family and friends.
3/witness statement from my carer
4/ evidence from y metal health provider.
5/evidence from my GP
6/evidence from the physio therapist.
7/ evidence from my chiropractor.
All evidence has been rejected by the DWP in favour of the Atos assessment.
all the above evidence was accepted by the DLA against the very same Atos report that the DWP are insisting is the only credible evidence that they will give merit to.

evidence is proof of evidence, it separates true from false, right from wrong.
Am I to understand that the DWP has the monopoly on what is credible evidence?

My assessment was conducted by a nurse of no specific qualifications, particularly in complex mental health conditions. I note that one of your contributors posted a notice that all Atos assessors are trained, that is all I get from the DWP when I question the reasoning behind their decision.
I have been waiting 18month for my tribunal date. in that time I have almost been made homeless twice as a result of the financial difficulties the DWP has caused me in rejecting the integrity of the evidence that has been submitted to them.
I am really trying very hard to understand why the DWP are putting me through this unnecessary stress, at a time when I need support, and not condemnation.
Given all the recent publicity on Atos, surely the DWP's insistence (in my case) in accepting the Atos report is at the very least questionable?
How can anyone claim entitled benefit if the DWP have this kind of mind set?

I hope to recover from my condition, enough to help others, but the stress of this keeps me from making any progress in my mental health treatment.

Hi balinky,

I don't think there is anything we can add to the information we gave in the (identical) topic that you started a while ago.
