Being reassess again after Appel was created by gipsy girl
Hi this is the first time I have used the forum I appealed against being put in the warg group in May this year and won and put in the support group the report said I was not to be contacted for reconsider for 9 months last week I have received a new capability for work form to fill in which I am filling in now should I put on this form that I am in the support group through an appeal and also how many points I was awarded which was 33 would be grateful if you could help me with this question

There is no harm in doing so and it may be to your advantage to include this information. The Support Group is not points based, so you need to identify which SG Descriptors you met, some, but not all of the 15 point WRAG Descriptors correspond to the SG ones.

I'm afraid that the Tribunal advice regarding reassessment is not binding on DWP. In addition, time to reassessment is always counted from the original decision rather than the date of the Tribunal.
