Hi,
I have a tribunal pending, I am still waiting for the date, and expect it will take place probably around Jan/Feb 2014. I was placed in the WRAG and I am appealing to be placed in the Support Group. I have received the paperwork telling me that the tribunal will go ahead, and I have sent off the relevant forms.
I live in Germany and will have to travel to the UK for the hearing. I have no-one to represent me at the tribunal. Is there anyone I can be put in contact with who may represent me? As I no longer live in the UK and do not have a UK address, the CAB are unable to offer any help. I have no-one left in the UK, as all my family have now passed away.
I would be grateful for any advice.
Many thanks.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Representation is becoming increasingly difficult to obtain as the organisations offering this have mostly had their funding withdrawn. We would usually advise members to do a search for 'benefits advice' plus the town they live in. I'm afraid I don't know how this works for people living outside the UK.
Where to get advice?
Perhaps one of the other moderators will be able to comment when they are on-line.
