ESA 50 Form was created by Sheila
I filled in and sent back my ESA50 form on 27.8.13 as of yet I've not heard anything back from them. They are still paying so am unsure whether to ring them and find out whats going on, or just leave it!! Will they want to take money back if they've changed anything but not told me or I've not received anything in the post? I've been on Incapacity Benefit for a lot of years as I have Multiple Sclerosis.
Does anybody have any ideas ...........Help!!!

Unfortunately the delays in the system are getting worse. You can contact ATOS for an update on the following
Contact ATOS
Phone: 0800 2888 777 or 0113 230 9175
Email: customer-relations @ atoshealthcare.com (remove the space around the @)
I would not expect you to have to pay anything back, the DWP action Decisions to reduce or remove awards immediately, remembering that benefits are in art or in whole, paid in arrears, however, this is jumping the gun. As you have not had a face to face assessment you cannot be found Fit for Work, you can only be placed in the WRAG or the Support Group.

So is it ok to just wait until they contact me? or must I phone them to remind them?

Hi S,
Once you are sure that ATOS have received your ESA50 by the deadline date for return, the ball is firmly in their court.
You will continue to receive your IB until a decision is made by the DWP DM.
Whether you choose to contact ATOS for an update is entirely a matter of choice, and not a necessity.

I'm sure they'd have been after me if they hadn't got it by the due date. So will wait a little more patiently & with less worry now I know how long it can take.
