Date for tribunal in Cardiff was created by ELEANOR
I have received a date for my tribunal. It will be on November 21st. My ATOS assessment was on August 16 so less than three months from that to tribunal. I am surprised that it has come up so quickly as other people have had to wake 6-12 months. To be honest I was hoping it would take a long time; I am getting £71 a week while I wait for the tribunal but if it goes against me I will get nothing. I am going to read your advice before I go.

Isn't it just s*d's law that your tribunal should come round quickly when you don't really want it to?!

Is this an ESA or DLA appeal? Either way, you might find this helpful, it talks about ESa but is helpful for DLA appeals too
