Thanks for that advise brilliant !

It leads me into another question. IF I decided to leave the IOM and return to the uk in 2014 and the registry still have not approved another member could this appeal be heard in the UK or would I have to start all over again as at the moment I do not have any award for DLA as it was removed by that second adjudicator. That would mean PIP?

You would need to speak to the Tribunal Service on the Isle of Man as to whether your case could be transferred.

Many thanks Gordon. I suppose if they said no then I would have no choice then to stay until they have another panel member or loose everything and start again in the UK.??

You could move and return to the IoM for the hearing, although I would check that any DLA awarded is transferable to the mainland, I cannot see why not, but it would be best to check.

Who would I check this with the registry or the DWP?

To be honest I would ask both, hopefully you will get the same answer from each of them.
