After talking to them on the phone the psychology practitioner decided due to the severety of mental .emotional and physical problems to put my case to the South Access and Assessment team in southampton. I got a letter this morning with an appointment for january 2014. I notified my supervisor a couple of weeks ago that i am awaiting for an appiontment. My question is now...Should i tell my supervisor that about my appointment in january????? I really am under so much mental pressure ithat i feel sick most of the time....also to add to my super life is that my next jc+ interview is in march 2014. I wish i had appealed to be put from wrag to support group but its too late now. I think i have to go through all this even though i am mentally, emotionally and physically at my wids end. I am also soooo scared and in panic to go to the mental health clinic.....i thought they would call me for therapy and not ask me to go there.....i suffer from agoraphobia, plantar faciitis and panic attack....thank you so much you all....much love zoe
Hi ZG,
I would keep your JCP adviser updated with regards to any appointments that you may have, preferably in writing.
If you still feel that you should be in the SG rather than the WRAG, you can make a late appeal up to 13 months after an adverse decision, or you can request a review/supersession at any time if there has been a change or deterioration in your medical conditions and resulting limitations.

I totally agree with bro58 about putting things in writing to JCP Advisers. I have recently became aware that my JCP Adviser has made no notes of anything I notified him of while attending WFIs. I fail to understand how they do not take notes but that appears to be the case with my WIFs. Never again will I just telephone or tell him anything that I feel is important without also putting it in writing.
