I am nervously awaiting a decision on my ESA claim, changing from IB (I also have DLA indefinitely and will eventually be assessed for PIP) but it is nearly 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything. Is this a usual time frame? because they haven't even acknowledged receipt although I sent it by recorded delivery and so have proof that it got there and have copies if neccessary as advised by this site. Please reply and ease my mind. Thank you

As things stand, 3 weeks is a very short period.
Some people are waiting several months before hearing anything after returning their ESA50.
As long as you are happy that the ESA50 was received by the deadline date, then the ball is firmly in their court.
You will continue to receive your current rate of benefit until the DWP DM makes a decision.
