Anyone know what records JCP Advisers are supposed to note on file?

No notes, no updates of additional health problems, hospital attendances, deferred interviews, etc. Is this normal, I would have thought they would have been obliged to at least make a record of what was discussed during WFI? Find this all very strange as how can they keep track of my WRAG interviews if they keep no records

What did you ask for?
I would expect any notes to have been entered into a computer file rather than being on paper, if you did not ask for your computer records, then you would not have received, them , but I have to warn you that a computer print out may not be easily decipherable.

Hi Gordon
I asked for absolutely everything, clerical, paper and computer records. I know he types information into the computer when I attend interviews as he tells me he will take note of whatever we are discussing. As you may recall in another thread I naively told them why I was making SAR as at that time I was not aware DWP staff are not supposed to ask why records are being requested. I am now very suspicious that information could perhaps have been deleted but obviously I do not know that. Made further SAR asking them to look at it again but received letter today that no further information held on file.

I agree that it does not make much sense that no details of your meeting have been recorded, but I do not think it impossible that this is the case, their record keeping is atrocious!
You have two choices, accept the DWP statement that there is nothing, or pursue the matter with the Information Commissioner.

Sorry Gordon, should have said I had received computer records from original SAR which appear to me to be incomplete. I agree with you they are not easy to decipher but I finally figured them out. Information definitely not recorded, only date I attended for WFI. I suspect it must be that thePA is not making notes and only kidding on he is typing
