I can understand your frustration, but as you are getting support from the CAB I do not think it appropriate that we offer advice, have you tried asking them about their strategy for your claim?

The advice we give in the forum can never come close to the that which you would receive from face to face contact with a trained advisor, it would be all to easy for us to recommend a course of action in error simply because we do not know all of the facts surrounding your case.

That said, this is your claim and only you profit or suffer from its conclusion, so if you are concerned about how they are handling your case, ask them why they are doing what they are doing.
