There is now only one set of ESA Claim guides that should be used, these are at the top of the ESA section in the Members Only area.
There is no "yes/no" selection for Question 1, if you are not comfortable ticking any of the distance check boxes then mark them see below, and explain how far you can mobilise in the comments box , you can do this on any other question on the form.
