By July we had to claim housing and council tax benefit for the first time ever,since the appeal the local authority were informed our income had changed and we now owe £874 in overpayment of benefits to the council.
thank the lord we received a full return of all back money today and can now pay these bills in full.not even a letter from DWP explaining things,money was simply paid into my PO account today.
roll on the day the civil service is slashed to the bone and these folk will reap what they have been sowing.
