Hi,I am trying to find the links on your site on help with filling in this ESA form the DHSS have sent me,and am unable to find same.Just to let all know out there they sent me a letter, then I got a telephone call one week later to the day and the number began with 0800 ... the gentleman told me the in and outs of change from I/c and I/s to this new allowance, then he said a form would be sent to me in 4 weeks time.Could I also ask if a person was put into the support group how long are you put into it,is there a min/max time,I ask because the way I am with my health is the way I will be for the rest of my life, worse luck.Thank you for your help.

Hi Knockview,
Our ESA guides can be found here
ESA claims and appeals
Periodic reassessments are now part of life for people claiming ESA and DLA/PIP. ESa is actually an open-ended award that can be reassessed anything from 3 months after the previous decision. The maximum time before reassessment is 2 years in the WRAG and 3 years in the Support Group. as the length of award does not form part of the decision it does not usually appear on the decision letter but claimants can usually find out by phoning DWP and asking for the .'prognosis'.
Our ESA FAQs are here and you might find some of them helpful
ESA FAQs
Please note, in particular, the length of time you have to get the form completed and submitted to DWP.
How long do I have to complete the ESA50?
