Can you please help me what happens to people over 65 when pip comes in do they have to be reassured like those people under 65?

At the moment there are no (public) plans to convert people who are currently over 65 and receiving DLA onto PIP. You should continue to get your DLA as you are now.

Thanks do they have to go for a medical if they have a indefinite award like people going on to pip

Hi maurice - give us a chance, we will post your query and answer it as soon as we can :laugh:

People over 65 will still have periodic reassessments of their DLA. This can include a face2face if it is considered necessary.

Just to be completely accurate, you had to be 65 or over on 8 April 2013 to avoid being transferred to PIP. If you reached 65 after this date, you will still be transferred!
