hi i was wondering if this has happened to anybody else has you know i sent off asking for a paper appeal for d l a but had a letter back saying that the judge adjourned my appeal because he wanted me to do a oral appeal and because of the traveling that the venue will be nearer my home im so confussed about it www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/media/kunena/emoticons/blink.png

It is very unusual but this does happen, basically the Judge is saying that they believe you will get fairer hearing by attending and explaining how your conditions affect you. By fair I do not mean that the panel is biased in any way, but rather that your answering their questions they will be better able to make a Decision.
