You need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your PC to use the PDF ESA50.

If you haven't got it, you need to download it first, which can be done from here :

get.adobe.com/reader/?promoid=HRZAC

You should then be able to download the PDF ESA50 from the link in our FAQ.

Remember, you have to download the PDF ESA50 and save it to your PC.

You don't need to tick the "Yes box" to initiate the McAfee Security Scan Plus to check the status of your PC security, this will prolong the process and it's purely optional.
