Which ESA 50 form ?

Exactly a year ago today I swapped over from the old Incapacity to ESA support group without the need for a WCA. The award runs out in April,which ESA 50 form should I expect. Will it be the original one or this new one I hear about ?

You will get the new, 2013, form and be assessed under the new criteria (unless they design something new in the meanwhile, which I doubt!). You could download the PDF version of the form an familiiarise yourself with it if you wish. You will need to save it to your computer if you want to start filling it in.

Not posted for a while so not up to scratch with the changes as such. I know your busy but basically Is there a big difference from the old ESA 50 form the current one you speak of ?

Not a massive difference, there is some alteration to the wording, there are now 3 parts, with a Question 18.

There is also a page at the end for Cancer sufferers.

Fill it in whilst referring to the guides under the heading of "New ESA50 form" where the changes are fully explained. The changes are more pertinent to how the descriptors are now applied, than anything else.
