That is the way to approach this, give details of the limitations that prevent you from carrying out any of the activities, as with Activity 1. that you mention. Then refer to any medical evidence that shows that you suffer from the medical conditions, test result, diagnoses, etc, and anything that shows that you suffer from the resulting limitations.

So it is a matter of cross referencing your written information to any added evidence, with respect to the relevant qualifying descriptors.

The easier you make it to understand, the better. Work under the assumption that ATOS nor The DWP DM know anything at all about your conditions or the resulting limitations.
